Everything you type into PetSymAI tools (symptom checker, calculators, pet profiles) is processed locally in your browser. We do not receive, store, or transmit the values you enter.
Information we do not collect
We do not collect tool inputs or results, pet profile data, names, or payment information. All core tools work without an account, and nothing you compute is linked to you.
Account information (optional)
The optional sign-in stores only your email address and a hashed password (PBKDF2 one-way hashing, we can never see the original). It is used solely to keep you signed in, and you can sign out at any time.
AI assistant
Questions asked in the AI assistant are processed by Cloudflare Workers AI to generate answers. Please do not include personally identifying details about you or your pet in your questions.
Feedback
Messages submitted through the feedback form (type, description, optional email, page path) are stored in our database and used only to improve content.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records basic technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) for security and operational purposes.
Cookies and advertising
PetSymAI is supported by advertising. Ad partners such as Google AdSense may set cookies or use similar technology to show relevant ads and measure performance. You can control personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings or your browser settings.
